Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of multiple contracting companies and projects on site
- Review and accept Contractor Inspection and Test sheets
- Conduct punch list walkdowns
- Manage isolation requirements
- Review and interpret project drawings
- Liaise with Superintendents, Site Team, Contractors, and Stakeholders on all relevant matters
- Work with Commissioning teams for handover and SIMOPS
- Conduct field leadership activities
- Ensure BMS obligations are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Meet all responsibilities as outlined in the Health, Safety, and Environment Policies
- Participate in any training and safety initiatives implemented by the company
- Comply with all safety directives and work instructions; immediately report any incident or potential hazard to leadership
- WA A Grade Electrical License or tertiary qualifications (minimum)
- Relevant project or construction supervision experience
- High Voltage Switching Certificate
- Certificate IV in Instrumentation and Controls
- Experience in fibre and communications networks
- Experience with completions management systems
- Minimum of 10 years’ electrical experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role within mining
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster strong relationships
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining operational excellence
