About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Electrical Supervisor manages all aspects of high-voltage construction, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant delivery. The role covers technical oversight, contractor coordination, and adherence to specifications across project milestones.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong HV construction and supervision experience
- Proven knowledge of 220kV systems and substations
- Ability to manage contractors and project costs
- Excellent understanding of QA/QC standards
- Commitment to HSE and safe work practices
- Review project plans and schedules
- Provide technical and troubleshooting support
- Implement QA/QC procedures
- Enforce site safety and compliance
- Manage cost control and progress reporting
