E&I Supervisor
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor
to join the site team on a major Pilbara-based project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation works on-site — ensuring installations, preservation, and inspections are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications and site standards.
You’ll work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project leadership to maintain progress, ensure compliance, and drive high-quality outcomes through to commissioning and handover.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation activities across the site.
- Ensure all installations meet regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Liaise daily with engineers, project managers, and other supervisors to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to maintain efficiency and minimise waste.
- Maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports, ITPs, and daily logs.
- Support transition from construction to commissioning and project handover.
- Champion safety leadership and ensure adherence to all site HSE protocols.
- Electrical trade qualification or equivalent certification.
- Proven supervisory experience on large-scale construction or industrial projects.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Commitment to delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality work.
