E&I Superintendent

- Oversees electrical and instrumentation activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of work while providing technical support and mentorship to the contractor's team

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to site personnel.
- Actively oversee work practices, coaching employees to ensure full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with client representatives regarding project progress and address any arising issues promptly.
- Plan, schedule, and organise tasks to meet project requirements while fostering productivity.
- Uphold all site regulations and motivate the team to work safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate tasks and effectively delegate responsibilities to your crew.
What You’ll Bring:
- A recognised Electrical trade qualification and a current WA Electrical Licence.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Superintendent, preferably on major mining or resources projects with top-tier construction contractors.
- A customer-focused approach paired with a strong commitment to safety.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing a cohesive, high-performing team.
- A creative and solutions-driven mindset for problem solving, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially in challenging or high-pressure environments.
- A proven ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional work standards.
