Are you an experienced E&I Project Coordinator looking to contribute to a significant brownfield construction project in WA's resource sector? We’re seeking a driven professional to oversee the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of electrical and instrumentation works in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

Pilbara, WA (FIFO from Perth)
Roster:
8 days on, 6 days off (Day & Night Shift)
Hours:
12-hour shifts
Project Duration:
Approx. 36 months
About the Role As the E&I Project Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in the execution phase of a large sustaining capital project. Working alongside construction leads, project engineers, and multiple contracting partners, you will coordinate on-site works, manage reporting processes, and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role demands a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead on-site execution of electrical and instrumentation works across multiple contractors.
- Ensure construction activities align with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on cost, schedule, and progress performance, identifying risks and recommending mitigations.
- Support QA/QC processes including inspection verification and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, site reports, timesheet verification, and handover packs.
- Assist in commissioning readiness, including punch list development and interface with operational teams.
- Participate in shutdown planning and liaise with operations during commissioning activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-performance delivery.
- Proven experience coordinating brownfield construction projects, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong understanding of E&I scopes in a construction or commissioning environment.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and contractors simultaneously.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage reporting, compliance, and documentation.
- Strong commitment to health and safety practices and fostering a safe work culture.
- Previous exposure to project delivery systems and site-based execution frameworks is advantageous
