E&I Project Coordinator
About the Role
Provide leadership and coordination on a major sustaining capital project at Cape Lambert Port A. Oversee contractor performance, ensure compliance with standards, and drive safe and timely delivery of construction activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multi-discipline projects
- Brownfield fabrication/construction experience
- Electrical & instrumentation project exposure
- Knowledge of RTIO processes desirable
- Manage on-site project implementation
- Coordinate contractors and site teams
- Support reporting on cost, quality, and safety
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ and CMS standards
- Monitor schedules and identify improvements
- Support QA/QC and verify ITP/FIC
- Compile punch lists and assist commissioning
- Verify contractor timesheets and daily logs
- Long-term FIFO role (approx. 36 months)
- 8:6 roster with 12-hr shifts
- Major project delivery exposure
- Work in a collaborative project team
