We are seeking a Cost Control Specialist to join our EPCM client, supporting major civil and building projects. You will play a key role in cost estimating, analysis, and control to help ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cost estimating and analysis
• Support cost monitoring standards, systems, and reporting
• Assist with budget allocation, reporting, and quantity takeoffs
• Contribute to project coding and development of unit rates
• Provide cost data for proposals and support the trend program

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 6–9 years of industry experience
• Experience in civil/building construction; airport projects a plus
• Strong understanding of the Australian construction market
