An opportunity is available for an experienced Contracts Specialist
to join a studies team on an initial 6+ month contract.
This role will initially focus on standard contracts processing and administration, supporting early-stage studies activities. As studies progress and gain momentum, there is strong potential for the role to evolve into a more strategic commercial position, including sourcing activities and end-to-end contract establishment. About the Role
• Initial 6+ month contract supporting a studies team

• Exposure to tendering and full contract lifecycle activities
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day contracts administration and processing
• Prepare, review and manage contract documentation
• Provide commercial and contractual support to studies teams
• Assist with sourcing and tendering activities as required
• Establish new contracts through the full end-to-end lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and commercial frameworks
Experience / Requirements
• Experience as a Contracts Specialist, Contracts Advisor or Commercial Advisor
• Strong understanding of contracts administration and commercial processes
• Experience supporting studies or project development environments preferred
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
