About the Role:
As the Contracts & Procurement Specialist, you’ll be the single point of accountability for procurement on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Working across multiple sites, you’ll align procurement strategies with project objectives to drive cost savings, ensure timely delivery, and maintain contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end procurement activities for capital construction projects
Manage RFIs, RFPs, tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and supplier performance
Resolve commercial and contractual issues efficiently
Drive procurement process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety, legal, and community standards
About You:
8+ plus years proven experience in capital procurement on construction projects (preferably in mining, infrastructure, or heavy industry).
Experience working for an Owner or EPCM working in a project environment is preferred
Strong commercial, contract negotiation, and supplier management skills.
Ability to manage procurement contracts and multiple stakeholders across complex project environments.
Knowledge of procurement best practices, ERP systems, and project delivery frameworks.
