Construction Manager
About the Role:
Reporting to the Ministers North Delivery Manager, this role leads construction planning, strategy, and execution across a large-scale mining project. Responsible for embedding constructability, driving safety and compliance, and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction
- 15+ years major project experience
- WHS/SSE experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong leadership and risk management skills
- Proven ability to deliver construction safely and efficiently
- Lead construction strategy and planning
- Oversee site execution and supervision
- Ensure WHS and statutory compliance
- Manage contractors and stakeholder interfaces
- Drive risk, quality, and performance improvements
- Site-based leadership role
- High-impact portfolio exposure
