About the Role
Lead the on-site delivery of a major 440 MW solar farm in the Pilbara. Manage construction activities, oversee contractors, and report to the Project Director.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Large-scale project leadership experience
- Civil, electrical & mechanical exposure
- Strong contractor management background
- WHS and compliance knowledge
- FIFO/remote project experience
- Lead all on-site construction works
- Supervise and manage owner’s team
- Drive contractor performance & safety
- Oversee civil, electrical & mechanical packages
- Report progress, risks & issues
- Support commissioning and handover
