Position Title:
Construction Coordinator (SMP)
About the Role:
Lead and coordinate SMP construction activities, supervising multiple contractor teams to deliver project scopes safely, on time, and within standards.
Must live within 10 km of Pinjarra, WA
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Trade qualification or technical background (SMP/Civil)
- 10+ years’ construction experience
- 5+ years in a similar coordination role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- QA/QC and safety management expertise
- Must live within 10 km of Pinjarra, WA
- Supervise and coordinate contractor workgroups
- Manage QA/QC and ITP/ITR validation
- Ensure safety and compliance with WHS legislation
- Resolve technical queries and scope changes
- Oversee worksite access and permit approvals
- Long-term contract stability
