This is a contractor engagement role, operating on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off (2:1) roster, based between Perth CBD and Pilbara site locations. The role supports technically complex projects focused on emissions reduction and sustainable operations.
Role Details
- Title: Completions Coordinator
- Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off (2:1)
- Location: Site-based (Pilbara) with Perth interface
- Reporting to: Completions Lead
- Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring safety standards are upheld
- Coordinate and align systems completion (SC), commissioning, and handover procedures with project milestones, schedules, and deliverables
- Maintain user access and permissions within the Completion Management System (CMS) across multiple projects
- Manage engineering data, checksheets, and certificate allocation in line with systemisation hierarchy, tags, construction packages, and milestones
- Produce regular and ad-hoc SC and commissioning status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, coordinate, and support SC and commissioning activities, including walkdowns, inspections, energisation notices, checksheet completion, and punch list close-out
- Ensure timely review and approval of certificate dossiers from fabrication through to final handover
- Liaise with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery in line with agreed scopes of work
- Coordinate on-site contractor support, equipment hire, purchasing, and associated logistics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar completions or commissioning coordination role
- Experience within Resources or Energy sector projects(mining preferred)
- Technical, trade, or discipline background (desirable but not essential)
- Strong software capability, including Excel and database systems
- Experience as a superuser or administrator of a major Completions Management System (Omega PIMS preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of system completion processes, documentation, and workflows
- Ability to identify efficiency improvements and optimise project workflows
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environments
