About the role 

• As a  Commissioning Manager,  you will be responsible for the coordination, planning and execution of all pre-commissioning / commissioning activities for multiple projects working in Kwinana
• This position will follow industry best practice to deliver a seamless facility testing, commissioning and start up process that focuses on the end user (i.e. the Operator / Client).
• The Commissioning Manager will be developing and structuring work processes for small capital projects while keeping in mind the integration of different stakeholders (i.e. Client operations, engineering, construction contractors). 
• Must be a self-starter and take ownership of commissioning deliverables to support the overall project needs.      

• Will have completed a University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive years of relevant experience including site supervisory, project management and/or technical experience, in the field of commissioning / completions.
• Strong Software skills.
• Experience working in Commissioning Systems (Smart Completions, CoConsole / Orbit, PIMS, etc.)
• Extensive experience in the use of procedures and workflows in the execution of projects.
• Experience in onshore oil and gas facilities will be viewed favorably.
• Can demonstrate full commitment to all health and safety matters and provide safety leadership to project teams.
• Have participated in Constructability, Operability and Maintainability Workshops.
• Oversees, motivates and monitors the performance of the team, ensuring quality and timeliness of assignments and roles, and addresses any performance gaps.
• Have managed execution, coordination, and implemented regular reviews/controls to track project progress.
• Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (pre-commissioning, commissioning & completions, etc.) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and client interface skills.
• Proactive in seeking feedback and learning opportunities and possessing a passion for continuous improvement.
