Position Title:  Commissioning Lead

About the Role:


Oversee commissioning of electrical infrastructure including substations, solar farms, and battery systems. Manage teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure safe and efficient delivery across project phases.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years commissioning experience in mining or utilities
• Electrical or instrumentation trade qualification
• Experience testing HV and LV electrical equipment
• Knowledge of IEC61850 and Omicron testing
• Proven team coordination and safety management

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day commissioning teams
• Coordinate vendors and commissioning activities
• Plan, organise, and report commissioning progress
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA standards
• Support project handover to operations
