Project Coordinator – Major Commercial Fit-Out
📍 Perth Based | 12-Month Contract (with potential extension)

About the Role
We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator to support the Project Leader in delivering a large-scale, multimillion-dollar commercial fit-out project. This role will see you coordinating governance, procurement, finance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination support across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with governance, processes, and reporting standards.
• Manage procurement activities, contracts, and finance requirements.
• Track budgets, savings targets, and key milestones.
• Prepare governance documentation, Steerco content, and meeting minutes.
• Support supplier onboarding and system access.
• Maintain accurate project files and stakeholder records.

• Proven project coordination experience on large-scale commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Procurement and finance administration experience.
• Excellent organisational, tracking, and reporting abilities.
• Workplace operations knowledge (desirable).
