Project Coordinator – Major Commercial Fit-Out
📍 Perth Based | 12-Month Contract (with potential extension)
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator
to support the Project Leader in delivering a large-scale, multimillion-dollar commercial fit-out project. This role will see you coordinating governance, procurement, finance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day coordination support across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with governance, processes, and reporting standards.
- Manage procurement activities, contracts, and finance requirements.
- Track budgets, savings targets, and key milestones.
- Prepare governance documentation, Steerco content, and meeting minutes.
- Support supplier onboarding and system access.
- Maintain accurate project files and stakeholder records.
- Proven project coordination experience on large-scale commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Procurement and finance administration experience.
- Excellent organisational, tracking, and reporting abilities.
- Workplace operations knowledge (desirable).
