About the Role:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Civil or mining infrastructure experience
- Proven earthworks supervision background
- EPCM environment experience
- Strong safety leadership capability
- Section 44 or willingness to obtain
- Lead onsite civil construction teams
- Oversee subcontractor performance and safety
- Manage site materials and logistics
- Maintain schedules and productivity targets
- Mentor teams to drive improvement
- Long-term contract stability
- 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
- Exposure to a major mining project
- Supportive, safety-focused team environment
