Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in civil or structural engineering
- 2–5 years engineering experience
- Ability to support site construction works
- Understanding of quality and compliance
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
- Support civil and structural site works
- Conduct inspections and verify compliance
- Assist with resolving technical issues
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain records and progress reporting
- Monitor contractor work on-site
- Participate in stakeholder meetings
