Position Title -
Civil Site Supervisor
About the Role
Lead and oversee all civil construction activities on a large-scale project. Coordinate subcontractors and crews to deliver safe, compliant, and quality works. Report directly to the Construction Manager/Project Engineer.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Trade, diploma, or degree in civil/construction (desirable)
- Civil supervision experience on major projects
- Knowledge of earthworks, piling, drainage, concreting
- WHS, QA/QC and environmental compliance knowledge
- Ability to manage teams in remote site environments
- Supervise daily civil construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and site crews
- Drive safety compliance and toolbox talks
- Conduct inspections and monitor quality
- Report on progress, risks, and issues
- 12-month contract with long-term project scope
- FIFO 2:1 roster with 12 hr days
- Exposure to renewable energy infrastructure
