About the Role
Reporting to the AI Domain Lead, you’ll develop and execute change strategies to support AI adoption, uplift capability, and embed transformation across major projects and R&D teams. Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure effective engagement, training, and sustainable outcomes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven change management experience
- Background in major projects or technology
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Knowledge of AI or digital transformation
- Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent certification
- Develop and deliver change roadmaps
- Lead stakeholder engagement & comms
- Conduct impact assessments & reporting
- Design and deliver training & uplift programs
- Build change champion networks
