We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Coordinator / CCMS professional to support a major sustaining capital project.

This position combines hands-on site commissioning with ownership of CCMS and completions activities.

You’ll work closely with the Commissioning Manager, site-based commissioning resources, and a Perth-based CCMS Coordinator to deliver safe, compliant construction-to-handover outcomes.
This role suits a practical Commissioning Coordinator with strong CCMS capability — someone who can supervise works on site while managing systems, documentation, and handover deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise commissioning and construction activities on site
  • Manage multiple contractor interfaces and work fronts
  • Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems, QA/QC requirements, and safety standards
  • Support shutdowns and tie-ins by validating work packs and test packs
  • Provide field leadership to drive progress and resolve site issues
CCMS / Completions
  • Administer project CCMS in line with procedural and governance requirements
  • Support completions teams across construction and commissioning phases
  • Prepare, review, and manage CCC System Handoover documentation
  • Validate system completions, punch lists, and handover deliverables
  • Maintain accurate CCMS records and ensure operational readiness
About You
  • Proven experience in Commissioning Coordination on large-scale projects
  • Strong CCMS/completions systems experience from construction through handover
  • EPCM or contractor background preferred (owners team also considered)
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise site works and coordinate contractors
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and technical standards
  • Experience with permit-to-work systems and QA/QC compliance
  • Working knowledge of HV/LV systems, switchgear, MCCs, and instrumentation
  • Highly organised with strong documentation skills
  • Practical, solutions-focused and comfortable in fast-paced site environments
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE PERMANENT RESIDENCY OR CITIZENSHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA.
