About the Role
Provide analytical support across service desk operations, including data analysis, reporting, process improvement and system support. Engage with stakeholders and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Business Analyst or similar experience
- Process mapping and requirements gathering
- IT operations or service desk background
- Delivering analysis that improved operations
- Exposure to ITIL service management
- Analyse service desk metrics and reports
- Review and improve workflows and models
- Liaise with stakeholders and clarify issues
- Monitor service tools and data integrity
- Support budgeting and resource planning
- Maintain documentation and training content
- Identify trends and recommend measures
