- Knowledge of shutdown and work management systems
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Leadership and coaching ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Lead asset planning and shutdown coordination
- Analyse work and budget performance data
- Develop site improvement plans
- Mentor and coach operational teams
- Ensure compliance with asset management processes
