About the Role:
Manage and guide project support and various admin teams delivering services across multiple project delivery models. Ensure alignment with policies, process improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience (5+ direct reports)
- Strong process improvement skills
- Must have 10+ years experience within WA’s mining sector
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience
- Lead and develop various support teams, performance management and training
- Manage onboarding and mobilisation across the various sites
- Ensure policy and process compliance
- Oversee the management of vehicle and facilities procedures
- Identify and drive improvements
