Join a dynamic team as a Technical Product Support Specialist, where you'll be the vital link between cutting-edge mining technology systems and on-site operational teams. In this role, you'll ensure the seamless performance of complex industrial systems in challenging environments, helping maximize operational efficiency and uptime.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in networking, systems integration, and infrastructure management
- Experience with enterprise systems such as servers, virtual machines, and databases
- Proficiency in system monitoring and performance optimization using tools like dashboards and alerting systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve backend technical issues, including database and infrastructure incidents
- Knowledge of software deployment, version control, and automation scripting
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders from operators to management
- Experience working in industrial or mining environments
- Familiarity with OEM systems and external platform integrations
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, high availability, and backup solutions
- Relevant technical certifications or degrees in IT, systems engineering, or related fields
- Prior experience supporting industrial or operational technology systems in a 24/7 environment
- Ability to work onsite at mining facilities, with availability for remote support as needed
- Comfort with coordinating maintenance activities and system updates during critical operational windows
