You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant structural solutions while working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structural design and analysis across concrete and steel structures
- Develop and review calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
- Support project delivery from concept, FEED, and detailed design through to execution
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project teams to ensure integrated design outcomes
- Conduct site inspections and provide engineering support during construction and commissioning
- Identify risks, design issues, and opportunities for optimisation
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications
- 5 + years of demonstrated experience as a Structural Engineer in mining, resources, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, standards, and materials
- Ability to manage priorities and work both independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety in design delivery
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered status
- Experience with relevant design software (e.g. SpaceGass, Strand7, ETABS or similar)
