Join a major construction and resources project delivering critical infrastructure in a dynamic site-based environment. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Advisor  to play a key role in ensuring quality standards are achieved across a diverse scope of works, including NPI, services, piping, electrical and communications packages.

Working on a FIFO 2:1 roster, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting audits, managing non-conformances, and supporting commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and audits across multiple construction disciplines.
  • Implement and maintain QA/QC systems, procedures and documentation.
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
  • Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and quality requirements.
  • Work closely with construction, engineering and commissioning teams to drive quality outcomes.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in QA/QC roles within construction, mining, energy or resource projects.
  • Strong experience in auditing, non-conformance management and commissioning support.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement and maintain QA/QC processes and systems.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Formal Auditing Qualification.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within an integrated project team environment.
