Reporting through the Civil Superintendents to the Construction Manager, these roles will play a key part in coordinating day-to-day site activities, supporting contractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
This is a long-term FIFO opportunity with 12+ months of work remaining and flexible travel options.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily civil and earthworks activities across active work fronts
- Support bulk earthworks, drainage, and concrete works execution
- Liaise with contractors to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and safety requirements
- Assist with planning, sequencing, and resolution of site-based issues
- Monitor progress and contribute to daily and weekly reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Work closely with Civil Superintendents, engineers, and broader site teams

- Strong experience across bulk earthworks, drainage, and concrete works
- Previous site-based coordination experience on major construction or mining projects
- EPCM project experience preferred
- Owners’ team or contractor background considered
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing contractor interfaces
- A proactive, organised approach to site coordination and problem-solving
- Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
- Hours: 11.5-hour paid days
- Travel: Flexible FIFO options (fly in Monday or Friday)
- Duration: 12+ months remaining
