Help shape the future of major mining and energy operations If you're the type of engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving reliability and seeing the direct impact of your work on site, we'd like to hear from you.
We're partnering with a major resources business undergoing significant growth across both traditional mining infrastructure and future energy assets. As projects move from construction into operations, we're looking for engineers who can help improve asset performance, reliability and operational readiness.
Whether your background sits in electrical engineering, asset management, maintenance strategy or reliability engineering, there are several opportunities available across the team.
What you'll be doing No two days are likely to be the same. Depending on the role, you'll be involved in:
- Solving complex equipment and reliability challenges
- Supporting commissioning and operational readiness activities
- Improving plant performance and reducing downtime
- Leading root cause investigations and defect elimination initiatives
- Developing maintenance strategies and reliability plans
- Working closely with operations, maintenance and project teams
- Driving continuous improvement across critical mining and energy assets
- Using data and engineering insight to influence better decisions
- Fixed plant, mining, energy or heavy industry environments
- Electrical engineering, reliability or asset management
- HV/LV systems, motors, drives, switchgear or control systems
- RCM, RCA, FMEA/FMECA or maintenance strategy development
- SAP PM, EAM or other CMMS platforms
- Asset performance, reliability improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
You'll work alongside operations and maintenance teams, engage directly with stakeholders and see your recommendations implemented in the field. The team values practical engineers who enjoy rolling up their sleeves, challenging the status quo and improving how things are done.
What's on offer?
- Long-term contract opportunities
- Perth-based roles with site engagement
- Exposure to large-scale mining and energy operations
- Complex assets and technically interesting work
- The opportunity to influence reliability, performance and operational outcomes from day one
