The Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of brownfields mining projects from concept through to commissioning and operational readiness.
- Drive project performance across safety, schedule, budget, risk, procurement and contractor management.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mining, processing, power, water and non-process infrastructure.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders and provide high-quality reporting to senior leadership.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Mining, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Strong experience delivering brownfields mining or resource projects in Western Australia.
- Proven capability managing multidiscipline scopes across construction, commissioning and handover.
- Well-developed commercial, contract and financial management skills.
- Sound understanding of WA mining approvals, legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Exposure to EPC and EPCM delivery models will be highly regarded.
