The Opportunity
- Lead multidisciplinary capital projects across processing and industrial facilities.
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from scope development and design through to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate engineering consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Drive project performance across safety, cost, schedule, quality and risk.
- Provide technical leadership and support operational improvements in a complex brownfield environment.
- Engineering degree in Civil or related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience delivering capital projects within chemical processing, refining, mineral processing or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of project execution, contractor management, commissioning and operational readiness.
- Experienced managing project budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks and change.
- Proven ability to work effectively across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Construction teams.
