The role suits a technically strong, delivery‑focused engineer who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle, from early works definition through execution.
What you’ll be working on:
- Civil works and site preparation
- Public and station access roads
- Early enabling works and construction packages
- Accommodation camp and non‑processing infrastructure
- Utilities, services and ancillary facilities
- Transition into processing plant construction
Key responsibilities:
- Support development of project scopes, studies and execution strategies
- Assist with capital cost estimates, schedules and risk assessments
- Coordinate engineering inputs across concept, pre‑feasibility and feasibility phases
- Prepare and manage technical specifications, scopes of work and design criteria
- Monitor project delivery against schedule, scope and budget
- Review contractor deliverables and ensure technical compliance
- Assist with resolving engineering and construction issues
- Interface with engineering consultants, contractors and suppliers
Your background:
- Degree qualified in Engineering
- 8+ years’ experience in mining or resources infrastructure projects
- Proven experience supporting greenfields project development
- Strong exposure to civil works and early-stage infrastructure
- Confident coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Strong planning, organisation and technical documentation skills
- Practical, proactive approach to safety and risk management
