Responsibilities
- Lead and review mechanical engineering design activities
- Deliver engineering solutions for bulk materials handling and crushing systems
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers
- Support project execution from concept through detailed design and delivery
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, safety requirements, and project specifications
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience delivering mining, minerals processing, or heavy industrial projects
- Strong understanding of bulk materials handling, crushing, conveying, and associated mechanical systems
- Experience working within engineering consultancies, EPCM environments, or project delivery teams
- Ability to lead packages of work and coordinate across disciplines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
