What You'll Do:
- Lead project teams to deliver results on time and within budget
- Build strong client relationships and respond to their needs
- Tackle challenges with critical thinking and innovative solutions
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and empower your team to achieve their best
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years’ Australian infrastructure experience, including 5 years onsite
- Proven project delivery and team leadership skills
- Strong commercial, contractual, and HSEQ knowledge
