Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will drive project performance, ensure delivery against cost and schedule objectives, and build a high-performing project organisation capable of executing complex programs safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for major project investments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and lead integrated multidisciplinary project teams.
- Develop, mentor and retain high-performing project personnel.
- Establish and implement project execution and contracting strategies.
- Oversee project risk management processes and mitigation plans.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction and project controls functions.
- Ensure effective governance, reporting and compliance processes are maintained.
- Drive delivery of projects within approved budget, schedule and scope.
- Lead commissioning, operational readiness and transition-to-operations activities.
- 15+ years' experience in project management and construction delivery.
- Proven success leading large-scale capital projects.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Advanced problem-solving, planning and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of project controls, including cost, schedule, risk and scope management.
- Experience developing and executing project delivery and contracting strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
