- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors
- Drive project activities from study phases through execution and close-out
- Oversee project planning, risk management and change management processes
- Ensure project controls, budgeting and forecasting activities are effectively managed
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across operational, engineering and management groups
- Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project governance standards
- Facilitate operational readiness and successful asset handover
- Proven experience managing capital projects within minerals processing, chemical processing, heavy industrial or refinery environments
- Strong brownfields project delivery experience
- Experience managing projects through study, design, construction and commissioning phases
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and project teams
- Sound understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling and risk management
- Ability to engage effectively with operational stakeholders, contractors and suppliers
- Mechanical Engineering or Project Management degree qualification
- PMP or equivalent project management certification will be highly regarded
- Ideally 10+ years' experience delivering major industrial projects
