About the role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, from award through to completion and handover.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients while coordinating internal engineering, workshop, and site teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
What you will do:
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and close-out
- Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Develop and maintain project schedules and track key milestones
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, variations, and subcontractors
- Coordinate across engineering, fabrication, and site teams
- Ensure QA/QC compliance, MDRs, and project documentation are completed
- Identify and mitigate commercial and delivery risks
- Drive safe work practices in line with WA WHS regulations and client standards
What you bring:
- Proven experience delivering electrical and control systems projects
- Strong commercial acumen and cost control capability
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with Tier 1 mining clients (highly regarded)
You will have either:
An Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Systems or similar), or
A Grade A Electrical Licence with a strong project delivery track record
