Working within a high-performing Sustaining Capital team, you'll provide technical leadership across large-scale earthworks, tailings and water infrastructure projects, managing design consultants, coordinating technical studies, and developing long-term asset strategies that support ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual wall raise design development and delivery.
- Manage engineering consultants, design scope, schedule and performance.
- Develop rolling 5-year infrastructure and asset strategies.
- Coordinate geotechnical investigations, technical studies and assurance activities.
- Support capital planning, project studies and funding submissions.
- Drive collaboration across operations, engineering and project delivery teams.
- Manage technical risk, design governance and constructability outcomes.
- Degree qualified Civil Engineer.
- Significant experience across tailings, dams, mining infrastructure or large-scale earthworks projects.
- Strong background leading multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
- Experience with capital project planning, risk management and technical assurance.
- RPEQ or equivalent highly regarded.
