About the Role An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join a high-performing project delivery team supporting major projects across the mining, energy, oil and gas sectors.
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will coordinate engineering and procurement activities, engage with key stakeholders, and help deliver projects safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget. This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects and the opportunity to work closely with leading resource and energy clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and procurement activities to support project delivery.
- Ensure projects align with approved design criteria, regulatory requirements and applicable codes and standards.
- Facilitate technical reviews across engineering disciplines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and project support.
- Monitor project schedules, costs and delivery performance.
- Support the successful execution of projects from concept through detailed engineering and delivery.
- Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated Project Engineering experience within mining, metals, oil and gas, or energy sectors.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across varying stages of engineering.
- Exposure to coordinating or supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
