This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple studies, managing interfaces between stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered in a structured and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical inputs across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
- Support study planning, scheduling, cost tracking and progress reporting.
- Manage interfaces between project workstreams and study teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and study documentation.
- Maintain action, risk and decision registers.
- Assist Study Managers with governance, reporting and project coordination activities.
- Support delivery of studies across the project lifecycle, from Scoping through PFS and FS stages.
- Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mining projects or mining studies.
- Experience supporting Scoping Studies, Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS) and Feasibility Studies (FS).
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, cost tracking and reporting.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of the mining study lifecycle and stage-gate processes.
- Mining industry experience.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary project environments.
- Understanding of technical interfaces including mining, geology, geotechnical, metallurgy, infrastructure, approvals, cost and schedule management.
- Experience working within an owner's team or study environment will be highly regarded.
