This is a hands-on Project Engineer opportunity where you'll lead the planning and delivery of large-scale earthworks projects, working closely with construction, engineering and operational stakeholders to drive safe, efficient and cost-effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling and execution of major earthworks programs
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, progress reporting and cost control
- Coordinate procurement, contractors and technical interfaces
- Provide field engineering support to construction teams
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety and project performance
- Manage project risks, variations and change control processes
- Drive strong safety leadership and site engagement
- Degree qualified Civil Engineer or related discipline
- Proven experience delivering earthworks, civil or infrastructure projects
- Strong background in project controls, scheduling and cost management
- Experience supporting construction and field execution activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience within owner-side, contractor or self-perform delivery environments highly regarded
- Long-term contract opportunity with ongoing project pipeline
- Key role within a growing self-perform delivery team
- Large-scale civil earthworks program with genuine site ownership
- Monday to Friday roster with exposure to major project delivery
