The Role Working closely with senior engineering and project delivery professionals, you'll coordinate the successful delivery of diverse brownfield and greenfield projects, from studies and detailed design through to construction support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate tender submissions, including methodologies, schedules, resourcing and commercial inputs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Develop project execution plans, scopes of work and engineering management documentation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, reporting and project controls.
- Maintain project registers covering risks, actions, technical queries, design reviews and change management.
- Facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, Safety in Design and constructability workshops.
- Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer.
- Approximately 4-7 years' experience within engineering consulting, mining, infrastructure or heavy industry projects.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary project delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of project controls, engineering coordination and stakeholder management.
- Motivated to grow into a Project Manager pathway.
