This is a hands-on, site-based delivery role working closely with the Project Lead, with a strong emphasis on execution, contractor management, and schedule/cost visibility.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of a large capital construction project across multiple workfronts (S/M/E, minor civil interface)
- Provide on-site engineering leadership and coordination across contractors and stakeholders
- Assist with contract management activities and commercial awareness
- Contribute to project controls (cost and schedule tracking, progress reporting)
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset across reporting, workflows, and site execution
- Strong experience in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical discipline (site delivery focus)
- Proven background delivering construction works on site (resources / heavy industry preferred)
- Experience working on EPC / EPCM-style contracts (or similar delivery models)
- Solid contract management awareness and ability to support a Project Lead
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, plus Word/PowerPoint)
- Primavera P6 knowledge and basic usage
