Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership across process engineering activities.
- Support the design, optimisation and performance of flotation and gold processing circuits.
- Lead process studies, design reviews and engineering deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve plant performance, recovery and throughput.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and metallurgists.
- Support project execution from study phases through to implementation.
- Degree qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience at a Lead or Principal Process Engineer.
- Strong background in gold processing plants.
- Demonstrated experience with flotation circuits and process optimisation.
- Exposure to feasibility studies, detailed design, commissioning or operational support.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
