Village & Facilities Services
  • Oversee village operations and accommodation services, including catering, cleaning, hygiene, waste, and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure services meet agreed standards for safety, availability, workforce wellbeing, and cost
  • Scale services to align with workforce growth and project phases
  • Manage and drive performance of village and facilities service providers
Maintenance & Operational Support
  • Establish and govern NPI asset maintenance strategies, including preventative and corrective maintenance programs
  • Implement asset registers, condition monitoring, and maintenance planning systems
  • Support progressive uplift of site systems as the project transitions toward operations
Leadership & Contractor Management
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary site services team
  • Manage third‑party contractors delivering utilities, facilities, electrical, maintenance, and civil services
  • Conduct performance reviews, inspections, and audits
  • Work closely with construction, engineering, HSE, supply chain, and project delivery teams
Budgeting & Operational Readiness
  • Prepare and manage NPI and site services budgets
  • Identify cost optimisation and value‑for‑money opportunities
  • Support early works, infrastructure commissioning, shutdowns, and structured handover to operations
