- Lead Mechanical / Layout Designer(10–15+ years)
- Senior Mechanical Designers(5–10+ years)

Key responsibilities may include:
- Delivering 2D and 3D mechanical design outputs
- Supporting layout development for process plant and materials handling systems
- Coordinating with engineering teams to produce practical design solutions
- Contributing to brownfields upgrades, plant optimisation, and expansion scopes
- Supporting or leading design packages depending on experience level
- Relevant experience in mechanical design within resources, minerals processing, or heavy industry
- Exposure to materials handling, process plant, or beneficiation projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design platforms (Bentley or similar)
- Strong understanding of design workflows within a project delivery environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Exposure to a diverse pipeline of sustaining capital and growth projects
- Work across multiple commodities within the WA resources sector
- Ongoing plant upgrades, throughput improvements, and expansion studies
- Perth-based, office environment with team collaboration
