With multiple rail upgrades and outloading projects coming online, this role is critical in driving projects from concept through to delivery, working alongside an established rail team of 30+.
The Role
- Lead rail track project delivery across the full lifecycle (concept → design → execution)
- Manage consultants – no design required, but provide strong technical direction
- Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Regular site exposure – DIDO travel across WA (surveying + delivery phases)
- 5–10 years’ experience in rail project delivery (client, contractor or consultant)
- Strong understanding of track / heavy rail infrastructure
- Familiar with ARC standards and requirements
- Able to challenge design, ask the right questions and drive outcomes
- Long-term pipeline of rail projects (design + delivery phases)
- Mix of office and site (flexibility post-design)
- Key role within a growing, high-performing rail team
