What you’ll do
- Lead HV and transmission network design from concept to detailed delivery
- Perform power system studies, modelling and simulations (ETAP / PowerFactory)
- Review, approve and sign off on engineering designs and regulatory submissions
- Direct site installation, testing and commissioning activities
- Manage client relationships and act as the technical point of contact
- Own project budgets, timelines and delivery outcomes
- Guide and mentor engineers, reviewing and approving technical work
- Prepare proposals and win new work through strong client engagement
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in power systems or related industries
- Background experience in:
- Engineering design with consultancies or EPC contractors
- Site, commissioning or field-based electrical engineering roles
- Experience with utilities, mining, mineral processing or infrastructure
- High voltage system design and analysis
- Project management in large-scale industrial environments
