Step into a key leadership role overseeing civil engineering across multiple offices, delivering critical study outcomes that will define project execution. This is a technically demanding role with a strong focus on bulk earthworks, drainage and hydrology in challenging terrain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil design for bulk earthworks, drainage and hydrology
- Drive coordination across multi-office teams to ensure design consistency and quality
- Own and resolve complex earthworks challenges and unknowns
- Integrate civil deliverables with GIS/Arc outputs and study packages
- Deliver robust, execution-ready outcomes aligned to project timelines
- 10+ years experience leading civil scopes on major mining or infrastructure projects
- Tertiary Civil Engineering degree
- Strong technical depth in bulk earthworks, drainage and flood modelling
- Experience managing distributed design teams
- Solid understanding of DFS/study-phase delivery and execution transition
- Hands-on, decisive, and comfortable operating as a technical lead
