The Role
- Prepare, analyse and validate samples with a strong focus on accuracy, precision and turnaround times
- Operate X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) and automated laboratory systems
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on laboratory equipment
- Identify and report deviations, errors and equipment issues
- Support logical troubleshooting and laboratory investigations
- Maintain high standards of safety, health and wellbeing
- Proven experience within XRF laboratory operations
- Strong exposure to automated laboratory systems
- Experience using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- High level of computer literacy
- Current Manual C Class WA Driver’s Licence
- Previous mine-site laboratory experience highly regarded
- FIFO mine-site position
- Roster: 7 days on / 7 off / 7 nights on / 7 off
- 12-hour shifts
- Immediate start
- Duration: Approximately 4 months, with potential to extend
